Shipping Fee: We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.
Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Order Cancellation: You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@zahasbeauty.com. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to cancel it.

Used/Opened Items: We cannot accept exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed. This is non-negotiable for hygiene and safety.
Reason: Exchanges are only permitted if the sealed product is damaged upon arrival, defective, or if you received the incorrect item.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Contact Us: To start an exchange, please email our Customer Care team at info@zahasbeauty.com immediately.
Provide Details: Include your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Shipping: If the exchange is approved due to our error (damage, defect, or wrong item), Zahas Beauty will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds: We primarily offer exchanges for eligible products. Refunds are issued only if a suitable replacement for a proven damaged or incorrect item is unavailable. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
