We prioritize efficiency to get your products to you quickly and safely.
- Shipping Fee: We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
- Order Cancellation: You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@zahasbeauty.com. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to cancel it.

- Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for an eligible item.
Exchange Eligibility (Crucial)
For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging with all security seals intact.
- Used/Opened Items: We cannot accept exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed. This is non-negotiable for hygiene and safety.
- Reason: Exchanges are only permitted if the sealed product is damaged upon arrival, defective, or if you received the incorrect item.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact Us: To start an exchange, please email our Customer Care team at info@zahasbeauty.com immediately.
- Provide Details: Include your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Shipping: If the exchange is approved due to our error (damage, defect, or wrong item), Zahas Beauty will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds: We primarily offer exchanges for eligible products. Refunds are issued only if a suitable replacement for a proven damaged or incorrect item is unavailable. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
